You can set up a pre-defined and personalized message which is sent to the visitor once a chat is started. Each agent can customize their own auto greeting message.
Step by Step Instructions
- Log in to Comm100 Agent Console.
 - Go to Preferences, and select Live Chat.
 - Go to the Shortcuts & Greetings tab.
 - Select the Automatically send a pre-defined message after a chat request is accepted check box.
 - Edit your message and insert macros that you feel needed.
 - Click OK.
