Can I customize the order of the columns in Agent Console

Yes, you can customize the order of the columns in Agent Console, where you do real-time monitoring and chatting.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log in to Comm100 Agent Console.
  2. Go to Preferences and click Live Chat.
  3. Select the Visitor Columns tab.
  4. Move the column names you want to show from the Hide these columns to Display these columns list.
  5. Click the up-arrow and down-arrow to adjust the column display order.
  6. Click OK.

Note: You can also adjust the column display order by dragging and dropping it directly in Agent Console.
