How do I reset Facebook Page’s integration with Comm100

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log in to the Comm100 Control Panel.
  2. In the left navigation bar, go to the Ticketing & Messaging tab.
  3. Click the Channels drop-down menu, then click Facebook.
  4. Click Add Facebook Page.
  5. Re-log into your Facebook account and authorize the access.
  6. You will now see a list of Facebook pages that can be integrated. Click the Pencil icon next to each page to manage it inside Comm100. Click the Bin icon to delete or remove any page.
  7. Click Ok to confirm the change.

Now your Facebook account has been reauthorized for Comm100 integration. You can keep handling social media queries from your Facebook pages from inside the Comm100 Agent Console.
