How do I view my balance history

You can set a time range and query your detailed balance history of a certain period or time.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log in to the Comm100 Control Panel.

  2. Go to Global Settings, click Billing History under Billing.

  3. Adjust the time range to view your balance history valued during the given period.
