Where can I see agent’s Title and Bio

Comm100 allows you to add your agents’ Title and Bio information and have them display in the Header of the Chat Window. It provides a quick overview of agents’ job responsibilities, level of job, experience, or expertise, and more, which helps deliver a better customer experience when they are chatting with your agents.

 

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log in to the Comm100 account.
  2. From the left navigation menu, go to Global Settings > People > Agents.
  3. Fill in the Title and Bio information.
    1. To show the agent’s Title and Bio, you need to fill in the required agent information first. You can do it when editing an agent or adding an agent to your Comm100 account.
    2. On the Edit Agent page, go to More Information and fill in the Title and Bio information.
  4. Enable Agent Info in Chat Window Header.
    1. From the left navigation menu, go to Live Chat > Campaign > Chat Window.
    2. Go to Header and select the Agent Info setting.
    3. Select the Agent title and Agent bio checkboxes.
      Note: The Header setting is not available when using the most right/third Chat Window Style.
  5. Title and Bio info in the Chat Window.
      After a chat request is accepted by your agent, the agent’s Title and Bio info will display directly to your visitors.
