How can you contact Prep Sportswear?

Currently, we are only offering two methods of being contacted and they are the following:

Live Chat: We are now offering live chat Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PDT

Leave a Message: If you are not available to contact us during our live chat hours you can always leave us a message by clicking on the messaging icon and we will respond to you during our business hours.

During our off-hours once on the website, you can click on the orange "Leave a Message" icon. It will then ask you to fill out a few needed pieces of information that will help us locate your order.

Phone Number: We do not have a call-in customer service line at this time. If you happen to locate a website or platform that has a phone number listed for our company, it will either belong to another company or no longer be in service. The only method of communicating at this time is the above three methods.

Facebook or other social media sites: We do not currently own, monitor, or operate any pages on Facebook, Instagram, and any social media platforms. If you are looking to contact us through those avenues, you will not be assisted by someone representing Prep Sportswear.

We are responding to all messages as quickly as possible during business hours Monday through Friday.
