Products purchased on Prep Sportswear are printed on-demand. Therefore, cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing your order.

To cancel your order please click on Help which will be located on the top-right-handed portion of our site. Once there please select Track Order on the drop-down menu, and fill out the following information pertaining to your order. Alternatively, your confirmation email will provide a hyperlink to your order in which you cancel your order as long as it is within the two-hour window.

You will then see detailed information about your order. From there you can locate the Cancel This Order icon which will be below the shipping address information. If done successfully you’ll see the status of the order change to Cancelled.

You may also contact us for help with canceling your order. However, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order for us to guarantee the cancellation of your order.
