What is your return policy?

At Prep Sportswear, all products are custom-made to order, including printing, embroidery, and sewn designs. Because of this, we have a specific return and replacement policy in place to best serve our customers.


Returns for Sizing Issues

We accept returns for items with sizing issues. If your item doesn’t fit as expected, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange to send you the correct size.

    •    No need to send the original item back—you can keep it or donate it!


Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items

We also allow replacements if one of the following criteria is met:

    1.    Your item has a manufacturer defect or damage.

    2.    Your item was damaged during shipping.


To request a replacement, contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order.


Important Notes

    •    Please do not ship any items back to our corporate or warehouse locations, as we do not provide return shipping labels.
