Currently, our estimated completion time frame for most orders is 4 business days before shipping.

You will be notified once your order has left our facility with an email that will include a tracking link. We do not provide any other updates before shipping out your order.

Once completed your order will ship via U.S. Postal Service from our facility in Louisville, Kentucky, which has an average of 2-3 business days to deliver.

International orders typically average 14 to 21 days after shipping to deliver.

Each Prep Sportswear product is printed on demand. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. Within the first 2 hours of placing your order please confirm your address, design, size, color, and quantity to ensure your order is done correctly. Please contact us immediately (within 2 hours) if there are any changes needed to your order or refer to your email if you need to cancel your order.
