How do I change my PIN on my debit card?

Once your card is activated, you can select your Personal Identification Number (PIN) for the card. This can be done by following the steps below:

PIN Selection

  1. Call PIN Management at 1-844-205-3334
  2. Press 1 to use touch tone or Press 2 for speech recongnition.
  3. Press 3 to change PIN.
  4. Enter your 16 digit card number
  5. Enter your Authentication tokens

            →Last 4 digits of the cardholder Social Security number

            →The 5 digit zip code associated with the account

  1. Set your new 4 digit PIN (Personal Identification Number)
  2. Confirm your new 4 digit PIN (Personal Identification Number

If you ever wish to change the PIN Number, simply follow the instructions above.

You will receive a confirmation that your PIN change was successful.
