TCB Internet and Mobile Banking Users can deposit checks from your iPhone or Android. It’s convenient and secure! Once you are approved for this service, you will be able to select this service from the Deposits option in the Third Coast Bank SSB app. You can download the app for free at the App Store or Google Play Store.

Enrolling an account for Mobile Deposits
Before depositing checks from the app, you'll need to enroll your account in remote deposit capture.
- Select Deposit check from the main menu.
- Choose a situation and follow the corresponding steps.

Depositing a check
- Select Deposit from the menu.
- Select Deposit a Check and enter the amount.
- Select Continue.
- Select the account you would like to deposit funds to.
- The Check Front capture screen appears.
- Center the check front in the capture screen, tap the screen to capture, and hold your device steady while the auto focus completes.
- After a short wait time, a preview screen appears.
- Select Continue.
- Select Retake to replace your capture with a new one.
- Use the same method to capture the check's other side, and then tap Continue.
- The deposit information appears.
- Select Submit.
Important Note: Do not throw your check away! After successfully submitting a deposit through RDA, you will need to retain the check in a secure location for a minimum of thirty (30) business days.
Remember that successfully submitting your check for deposit begins the approval process but does not mean the funds will be immediately available to you. Deposit processing times may vary.
