How do I open a personal account online?

It's as easy as 1 -2- 3! 

You can open a personal account on your computer or any mobile device.

Getting Started

To get started, you'll need to have a few things on hand such as your identification, home address, social security number and information on your funds for deposit.

On your computer

  1. Click on Open an Account.  You can find the link under the Personal Menu, Banking, Checking or Savings & Money Market or CDs & IRA pages.  You can also find the link under Personal Menu, Services and Open an Account.
  2. You will be viewing another website managed by Third Coast Bank SSB and it will open in a new window.  You will need to click on Proceed. 
  3. Enter your Zip Code
  4. Select the Account Type(s) you would like to open.  You will see some Featured accounts which are some of our more popular accounts.  If you would like a differenct account, click on Show more Products.
  5. After you have selected your account, choose your desired account Features such as Online Banking and eStatements and if you would like paper checks (if applicable) and click on Continue.
     
  6. Under Tell us about Yourself, you will be asked to provide your personal information.
  7. Tell us about how you wish to Deposit Funds for your new account.
  8. Review the application, Read the disclosures, then Sign and Submit your application by clicking on I Agree.
  9. You will get a Thank You message and an email from servicecenter@tcbssb.com.
  10. Within 2 business days, you will recieve an email with your new account paperwork.
