Using the Forgot Password feature

We make it simple to reset your password if you are unable to get logged in.

1. Navigate to www.tcbssb.com .
2. Select Forgot password. 
   The password reset screen appears. 
3. Enter your SSN/TIN and Account Number and then select Next. 
   The system generates a text and sends it to the phone number associated with the account. 
4. Enter verification code, click Verify 
5. In the Password field, enter your new password.
   The password must follow these guidelines:
      Must contain at least one digit.
      Must contain at least one upper-case letter.
      Must contain at least one lower-case letter.
      Must contain at least one special character (for example, @#$%).
      Must be at least eight characters in length.
6. In the Confirm password field, re-enter your new password.
7. Select Set password to reset. 
   NOTE:Passwords for Banno.com do not expire automatically.

Once reset, you can log in directly using your username and password to www.tcbssb.com
