If it is two hours before you appointment time, you will not be able to cancel your appointment.

To cancel an appointment:

1. Go to the scheduling portal
2. On the top right corner there is an option to Login
3. Click on the Login button and it will ask you to enter the username as in your email ID and password. This should be one that you had set up at the time of enrollment. If you have not enrolled with us before, feel free to reference the enrollment guide
4. Once logged in, you will see your name on the top right corner. Next to it will be a drop down arrow
5. Click on the drop down arrow and select Manage Appointments
6. Under Upcoming Appointments, you will see the option to cancel your appointment
