Here are the steps to Enroll for online scheduling

On our scheduling portal:

1. Click on enroll on the top right corner
2. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Mobile Number
3. Now you will see the complete enrollment form. Fill out all of the required information
4. The system will text you a Six Digit Activation Code. Enter it and hit submit

This is a one time process. In the future, you can use this enrolled information to book your appointments online.
