To schedule an appointment:

• Select the appointment type
• Select body part
• Click on I have insurance and enter your insurance plan that matches the address on the back of your insurance card. If your insurance is not on the list, you can select “Insurance not on list” and if you would like to input your insurance information later, you can do that as well. If you want to pay out of pocket, select “I don't have insurance”
• Click continue to answer the required questions and the available appointments will be displayed for you on the next page
• You will be displayed a list of imaging centers and the times they have available for scheduling. Select the time that works for you and finish the scheduling process. Keep in mind that the time slots are vertically aligned. Hence, check the date on the top and select an appointment time slot from that column. Your appointment will be scheduled once you complete the log in/enrollment process
