To schedule an appointment:

• Select the appointment type (Example: MRI)
• Select body part (Example: Shoulder)
• Select your insurance. If your insurance is not on the list, you can select “Insurance not on list” at the bottom of the list.
• Click continue to answer the required questions and the available appointments will be displayed for you on the next page
• You will be displayed a list of imaging centers and the times they have available for scheduling. Select the time that works for you and finish the scheduling process. Keep in mind that the time slots are vertically aligned. So check the date on the top and select an appointment time slot from that column. Your appointment will be automatially scheduled once you complete the enrollment/log in process
