Please follow these steps to reset your password:

1. Click on the forgot password link on the Log in to view your appointment dashboard page. 
2. Enter your first name, last name and registered email address and click on the submit button.
3. Once you submit, you will receive an email with the link to reset the password which will be valid for 30 minutes.
4. Please check your inbox or junk mail folder for the link and create a new password.
5. You need to type the same password twice and submit
6. It must be a minimum of 6 characters and a maximum of 12 characters including everything; letters, numbers, and special characters.

*You can ignore the warning message when you start typing your new password.
