I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment

If it is 24 hours before your appointment time, you will not be able to cancel your appointment.

How to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

-Log into your account

-If you have not signed up for an account please reference "How to create an account"

Mobile Users:

- Once logged in, on the top right hand corner click on the Navigation Drop Down

- Select Manage Appointments

- Select Upcoming Appointments and you will see the option to cancel or reschedule your appointment 

Desktop Users:

- Once logged in, click on Manage Appointments at the top of the screen 

- Under Upcoming Appointments, you will see the option to cancel or reschedule your appointment
