The time slots are vertically aligned, you can select the date at the top of table and the times that are available for the date are directly underneath.

The slots and locations are displayed based on your exam type, answers and the availability.

You can enter your zip code in the refine search box and the system will show your nearby locations on top.

if you don't see any availability then you need to click on the go to next available appointments button and the system will show the first available time slots for that location.
