If you would like to schedule an appointment:

1. Log into your online scheduling account or enroll. If you need assistance with the enrollment process, please use our enrollment guide
2. Select the appointment type
3. Select body part
4. Click on "I have insurance" and enter your insurance plan that matches the address on the back of your insurance card. If you want to pay out of pocket, select “I don't have insurance”
5. Click continue to answer the required questions and the available appointments will be displayed for you on the next page
6. You will be displayed a list of imaging centers and the times they have available for scheduling. Select the time that works for you. Keep in mind that the time slots are vertically aligned. Hence, check the date on the top and select a time slot from that column.
7. Add your referring physician information and provide insurance details if applicable
