To schedule an appointment:

• Select the appointment type
• Select body part
• Click on I have insurance and enter your insurance plan that matches the address on the back of your insurance card. If your insurance is not on the list, you can select “Insurance not on list” and if you would like to input your insurance information later, you can do that as well. If you want to pay out of pocket, select “I don't insurance”
• Click continue to answer the required questions and the available appointments will be displayed for you on the next page
• You will be displayed a list of imaging centers and the available times. Select the time that works for you and finish the scheduling process. Keep in mind that the time slots are vertically aligned. Check the date on the top and select a time slot from that column. You appointment will be automatically scheduled for that day
