On our scheduling portal: Click on Enroll on the top right corner
Enter your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Mobile Number
The system will send you a Six Digit Activation Code, enter it and hit Submit

Select the appointment type
Select body part
Click on "I have insurance"...
To reschedule an appointment: In the top right corner there is an option to enroll or login
Navigate to the manage appointment page where you will find your upcoming appointments
Select 'Reschedule'
Select a new date and time for your appointment
Verify...
If you would like to cancel your appointment: In the top right corner there is an option to enroll or login
Navigate to the manage appointment page where you will find your upcoming appointments
Select 'Cancel my appointment'
