If it is less than 48 hours before your appointment time, you will not be able to reschedule your appointment.
To reschedule an appointment:
- Go to the scheduling portal
- On the top right corner there is an option to Login
- Click on the login button and it will ask you to enter the username as in your email ID and password. This should be one that you set up at the time of enrollment. If you have not enrolled with us before, feel free to reference the enrollment guide (there is an enrollment guide for each client)
- Once logged in, you will see your name on the top right corner. Next to it will be a drop down arrow Click on the drop down arrow and select Manage Appointments
- Under Upcoming Appointments, you will see the option to reschedule your appointment
