To schedule an appointment:

1. Log into or enroll for an account (if you enrolling for the first time, make sure to input the exact patient information that you have in the system
2. You will be navigated to the schedule appointment page. Select your exam type and insurance and press "continue"
3. Complete the pre-appointment questionnaire
4. Scroll down to the location you would like your appointment, and select a time
5. Complete your insurance information if you have not done so already
6. Click "Book" to schedule your appointment
