The court order provides for support to continue as long as the child is in high school or an equivalent program. You must include a copy of an official document (letter) from the high school or equivalent program stating that your child is currently attending school and the expected completion date of all courses required for graduation.

Please complete and return the graduation letter with the official document (letter) from the high school or equivalent program in the enclosed postage-paid envelope within 10 days of receipt. Please include your OAG case ID within the document(s).

The office will review the information submitted. If approved, the court order obligation will be extended. If you fail to return these documents, your child support order may not continue past your child's 18th birthday.”
