SUMMARY
We now have an automated Service Request function in FreshService that streamlines Cisco VoIP device Add/Upgrade/Delete requests.

You can now enter information into a template. The system will automatically complete the request, send an email confirmation, and auto-close tickets in FreshService upon completion.
