HOW TO ACCESS THE DMS SUPPORT PORTAL

SUMMARY

DMS system is used by Distributors for their day-to-day activities of billing to the Retailers. And Regional (RM) & Area Managers (AM) for master data approvals.


DETAILS

1. You can login to DMS through the link - https://cpdms.colpal.com/irj/portal

If you face any issue with the password to login in the DMS portal, then use the option "Get Support" available on the login screen. 

You will be redirected to the below Logon Help screen, where you can Reset your DMS password.

2. For any other DMS related issues, you should call on DMS toll free number 18002097474 to raise helpline ticket.
3. Email to dms_support@colpal.com should be sent only for queries related to support Distributors related to SAP portal within India
4. CHARMS should be raised for any DMS application related issues
