How to get access and report issues in regards with - EBUY / MDM / MDG Tools.

DETAILS

1. For EBUY access:

a) You need to raise Assign Access request for EBP SAP system through Fresh Service request.

b) After getting the access, if there are any issue or queries related to Ebuy - (SC/PO/GR) and vendor maintenance (creation/block/unblock/extend/update).
Kindly create a Creatio Ticket from the Creatio Tool and select Category: 'Inquiry/S2P Process'.

c) If you are unable to raise Creatio Request - please reach out to below point of contacts:

2. For MDM/ MDG (Vendor or Product related) access : 

a) You need to raise Assign Access request for MXP sap system, with roles : G:ZZMGDMGN and G:RFC_TRUS through  Fresh Service request.

b) After getting the access, if there are any issue or queries related to MDM/MDG/MXP Tool. 

Kindly create a Creatio Ticket from the Creatio Tool. and select Category: 'Global Data Management Service Request'.

Choose Sub Process: User Access and Administration 

Choose Sub Level1: MDGS Vendor or MDGM Product  (Choose Sub Process and Sub Level1 as per issue you are facing.)

c) In case you don't get any response on Creatio Ticket raised for MDM/ MDG issues , below Team leads  can be contacted with your Creatio Ticket number.

For MDGM Product--  Nitin Parmar/ Kirthi Bhat.
