Kindly follow below instructions as applicable to your category:
GIT Users :
a) For SOX systems (LAP, CAP, CCP, HUP, MGP) : Please submit GRC request
b) For other SAP systems (Non-SOX) : Create a service request in Freshservice.
Business Users :
a) Create a service request in Freshservice to get access of any SAP system.
Please refer to Detailed Reference Guide for more information.
SAP PDP PLM Access :
If you need access to PLM or a change/addition to their access in PLM, send the following information to email group PLM Access Request <plm_access_request@colpal.com> along with following information :
a) Which aspect of PDM or DMS access is needed for (ex., recipes, raw materials, particular types of documents or protocols)
b) What type of access needed (ex., Read-Only, Originator/Creator, Approver, etc.)
c) SAP User ID and Model User ID.
d) End user Name, Location, contact details.
