SUMMARY

External visitors can gain access to Colgate's internet connection through VCP Public wifi.

DETAILS

There are TWO methods to access the internet at Colgate:

1) Self-Registration:  

                                1.1. Connect to the VCP_Public Wireless Network.

                                1.2 Register your device by providing basic information.

NOTE: Login details will be sent to the email address provided during registration. Internet access is valid for 12 hours.

2) CP Employee Host Registration: 

     2.1  Request Access:

•     CP employees can request internet access for guests on the VCP_Public network.
•    Click Here to access the registration link for your guest. Internet access will be valid for 12 hours.    

      2.2 For Creation/Extension of VCP_Public Accounts Beyond 12 Hours: 

• Use this Service Request to raise a ticket.
• You will receive an email update upon approval, and the IT Support team will handle further processing based on your approved Service Request.

NOTE: Using the guest network on corporate-owned devices is a violation of the code of conduct for all employees and business partners, and will result in disciplinary action.

Corporate email addresses (for example, @colpal.com, @hillspet.com, @tomsofmaine.com, @cpskinhealth.com, @eltamd.com, @filorga.com, @pcaskin.com, @hello-products.com) are not permitted for guest registration.
