HOW TO REQUEST FOR MICROSOFT OFFICE (WORD\EXCEL\POWERPOINT)

SUMMARY

Fill the AODOCS form for any  MICROSOFT OFFICE (WORD\EXCEL\POWERPOINT) software/access request.

DETAILS

Colgate is committed to reducing its dependence on Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. We encourage employees to use Google Workspace tools, such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides instead.We however understand there are exceptional situations where you still need Microsoft Office. For such cases you can request for an exception for Excel, Word and/or Power point

Once the form is submitted an email will be triggered to you. Once software is approved, you should see requested Microsoft Office package in your Workspace one intelligent hub and can be downloaded from there.

  • How to find Workspace one Intelligent Hub:

1. In Taskbar Search, Type ' Intelligent Hub' and open the application.

2. Once opened, go to Apps Tab and search for Microsoft Office package(Word/Excel/PPPT) and then install it.

3. Once installation is done, you can try accessing Microsoft Office.
