In addition to AI Hub, Google Gemini is a secure platform to access Google’s leading AI models, helping you work smarter and more creatively. This guide covers the integration of Gemini within Google Workspace and provides resources for specialized tools like NotebookLM.

You can access Gemini directly within your everyday apps, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.

1. Training & More Information

Learn more about the Gemini tool and its capabilities by completing the “Gemini for Google Workspace: From Basics to Breakthroughs” course. You will receive an automated email notifying you of your course assignment.

AI tools are constantly evolving. The trainings will be updated to keep up with Gemini’s new capabilities and use cases. You will be assigned the “Gemini Essentials for Google Workspace” MindSpark pathway (check if you have the MindSpark notifications ON).
