Okta New User Enrollment Instructions.

These instructions only need to be completed one time per user. 

Please only complete the below instructions while connected to the Colgate network, either in the office or while using the VPN.

DETAILS

Okta is an Identity management system which provides users a central website for login.

1.             Launch Google Chrome from the Desktop and go to: sso.colpal.com  
2.             Log in using the temporary credentials provided by your local Site support. 
3.             Create new complex Password.
4.             Reset your you Okta password (this will also be your Windows login password)
5.             Select a picture, configure multi-factor authentication and you’ll be able to use your Fingerprint or Face.
