SUMMARY

Google Drive allows you to access your Google Drive files and folders from the share drive (cloud) to your computer.

DETAILS

Google Drive application is preinstalled in your laptop.

If you are facing issue when trying to access google drive, make sure laptop is connected to Colgate network.

Kindly follow the steps mentioned below:  

1.On the Taskbar Click on Finder.

2. Select the Google Drive.

3. Open the file by double clicking.

4 Still file is not accessible and reboot the MAC laptop.
