SUMMARY
Zoom application is used to join large group meetings.
Colgate is managing Zoom accounts within our environment. After Colgate begins managing Zoom accounts you can still continue attending Zoom meetings, however your ability to host meetings will NO longer be available.
DETAILS
When you log into your corporate registered Zoom account, you will have the option to move this account to a personal email account.
Whatever you decide, know that all Colgate people will have the ability to attend or view Zoom meetings.
Here are instructions you will see when you access your Zoom account online.
Additionally, please note that to enhance security and maintain high standards across Colgate-Palmolive(ColPal) environment, access to Zoom will be restricted to "On Network Only" (i.e., in-office or via VPN). Additionally, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be required at least once per day.
