Massage therapy must be ordered by your Chiropractor as part of the treatment plan to improve your condition.

Massage therapy services must be supervised and billed for by the Chiropractor.

Each service will count towards your 38 visit chiropractic plan maximum.

Services billed directly by a massage therapist do not meet the plan definition of a qualified provider and are not a covered benefit. Please refer to your Coverage Booklet for further information.
