Rewards Program

1. The MyBookie Loyalty Rewards Program is a tier-based system that rewards players based on the amount and quantity of their wagers in the Sportsbook and Casino and the amount of their deposits.
2. All MyBookie players with a valid account are automatically enrolled in MyBookie.
3. House rules and regulations apply.
4. We reserve the right to amend MyBookie at any time. This includes changes to the tiers, points, how points are accumulated in the Sportsbook and Casino and on Deposits, general rules, the value of points, bonuses, and anything else about the Loyalty Program.
5. Any abuse of this Loyalty Program will not be tolerated and may result in removing points, expulsion from the program, or further legal sanctions, at the discretion of MyBookie.ag.

TIERS

1. MyBookie consists of four tiers:

Players are automatically enrolled in Tier 1 upon registration.

2.    Players can advance to a new Tier or Level by placing wagers in the Sportsbook or Casino or by making Cryptocurrency or Credit Card deposits.

3.    Once a player reaches a new tier, they can no longer be demoted to a lower tier. 

POINTS

1.    Players can earn MyBookie points by placing eligible wagers on Sports and Casino action or by making Crypto or Credit deposits. The number of points earned depends on the wager type and/or amount for bets and the deposit amount for deposits.

2.    Players can earn a higher tier status by earning a certain number of points.

3.    Points hold no monetary value.

4.    Points do not expire.

5.    Points earned by placing sports wagers are accrued based on the bet amount and/or the win amount, whichever is lower.

6.    Points for sports wagers will only be credited after the bet is settled.

7.    If a sports wager is graded as a push, no points will be credited.

8.    If a sports wager is cashed out early, no points will be awarded for that bet.

9.    Points can be earned in the Live and regular Casino and are dependent on the Casino game in question, its category, and the type of wager placed.

10.    Players can view their point balance by logging into their MyBookie account and selecting either the “Loyalty Program” tab or the “My Account” drop-down section (located in the upper right-hand corner of the Sportsbook page).

11.    Extra points can be applied during marketing promotions. This is at the sole discretion of MyBookie.

EXAMPLES OF HOW TO EARN POINTS

Bets: Bet Amount x Value = Total Points Earned

Examples:

• Straight Bet: $100 Bet x 1 = 100 Points Earned
• Parlay Bet: $100 Bet x 3 = 300 Points Earned
• Live Casino Bet: $100 Bet x 1 = 100 Points Earned

Deposits: Deposit Amount x Value = Total Points Earned

Examples:

• Credit Card: $100 Deposit x 1 = 100 Points Earned
• Cryptocurrency: $100 Deposit x 2 = 200 Points Earned

REWARDS

1.    Players can earn two types of rewards: Weekly Rakeback and Exclusive Bonuses.

2.    Weekly Rakeback**: Cash rebates earned on any Sportsbook or Casino losses you accrue each week. The period in which you can earn Weekly Rakeback begins at 12:00 AM ET and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Sunday.

3.    Rakeback bonuses will be available on Mondays. You will have until the following Sunday at 11:59 PM ET to claim it or it will expire.

4.    To claim Weekly Rakeback, visit the ‘Loyalty Program’ section, select the ‘Rakeback’ tab, and click ‘CLAIM’.

5.    Exclusive Bonuses: These include but are not limited to Risk-Free Bets, Free Plays, Free Spins, Free Chips, Odds Boosts, Welcome Bonuses, and Reload Bonuses.

6.    Rewards are tier-based. The higher a player's tier, the more they can expect to earn. The rewards that are available to players through the MyBookie Loyalty Program are based on the number of points that they earn.

7.    To claim Exclusive Bonuses, visit the ‘Loyalty Program’ section, select the ‘Bonus’ tab, and click ‘CLAIM’. 

** The minimum rakeback you can get is $1. The maximum rakeback varies based on your tier and level. The rakeback is given as cash, with a 1x rollover requirement.

OPTING-IN

1.    All customers (new and existing) are automatically opted-in to MyBookie+.

2.    If you wish to opt out of the program, you can do so anytime. 

3.    If you opt out from the program you will stop accruing points on activity until you opt back in. When you opt back in you will start at the same level and tier you were at when you opted out.

4.    To opt back into the MyBookie+ Loyalty Rewards Program, contact Customer Service via Live Chat. 

HOUSE RULES

Liability

• MyBookie will not be held responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network services or other connections, miscommunications, or failed phone, computer, or telephone transmissions, technical failure, jumbled, scrambled, or misdirected transmissions, or other errors of any kind, whether mechanical, human, or electronic.
• Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Loyalty Program (as solely determined by MyBookie) can be stripped of their points and banned from the program.
• MyBookie reserves the right to cancel this program or refuse to accept any registration or wager if the same could violate any federal, state, or county law, ordinance, or regulation. Furthermore, MyBookie may cancel the program in the event of technical difficulties or other occurrences beyond the control of MyBookie.

Legal Clauses

• Each entrant in this Loyalty Program, hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless MyBookie.ag and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and its respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any program points, participation in this program and participation in any activity related to this program.
• If in MyBookie’s sole opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any part of this Loyalty Program, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Program, MyBookie reserves the right to strip participants of their points and ban them from participating in the Loyalty Program.
• MyBookie reserves the right to terminate a user’s privileges at our sole discretion. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access, impersonate another user, misrepresent personal information, or do general mischief may result in a user’s termination. In the event of any dispute, our decision is final.
