Resetting Your Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these steps: 

  1. Select the Forgot Your Password link on the login page.
  2. Enter your username and select Continue. Shortly after, you'll receive an email with instructions and a link to reset your password (note that this link is only valid for 24 hours).
    • Please note: Due to a Salesforce error, we recommend users copy and paste the reset link in the email into their browser instead of directly clicking it. This prevents the link from not working or displaying as already "expired" when selected. 
  3. When you copy and paste the link into your browser, you'll be prompted to answer your security question.
  4. Select Continue, then enter a new password.

If you need further assistance logging in, your system administrator can reset your password for you as well.
