Regardless of transaction type, each transaction should have its own appointment. If a caller requests multiple transaction types (I.e., license, registration, etc.), let them know that you will schedule a single appointment for each transaction. This means that you may have to search for appointments that are timed next to each other, so it is convenient for the customer. And each individual wishing to conduct a transaction must have their own appointment per transaction, etc.

If there is a combo appointment type requested, that would be one appointment for the listed combo only. If another transaction is requested that is not listed as a combo, another appointment would need to be scheduled.
