Altivus CRM Solutions will do everything possible to approve PTO (Paid Time Off) requests. Standard operating procedure for PTO requests:
- Must be requested two weeks in advance of time off in writing via email request to immediate supervisor.
- Immediate supervisor will respond within 24 hours.
- Not all PTO requests will be approved, however alternate dates will be presented to employee.
- Special accommodations will be made based on current business needs and employee needs.
If employee takes time off without PTO available or without two weeks notice provided to the supervisor in writing via email it will be an occurrence, setting corrective action in motion.
PTO remains in the employee's PTO bank until used.
