SUMMARY
Adobe Sign is an e-signature solution delivered via the cloud, enabling fully automated electronic signature workflows. It replaces traditional paper and ink signature processes, allowing users to send, sign, track, and manage signatures effortlessly from any browser or mobile device.
DETAILS
Scenario 1: If you are trying to login for the first time, you will need to follow the steps in the Gaining Access document and then reach out to a Group Administrator - to be added to a group and grant the access.
You can look for the appropriate Group Administrators in the list Group Admin in Adobe Sign.
Scenario 2: If you already have an Adobe Sign account, and have used the service before but still facing issue there may be an issue with your account timing out and you should contact your Group Administrator.
