How to get access to BEAT Application and Unlock ID / Password Reset


  • For BEAT Access 

You need to contact BEAT Artwork Manager (BEAT Power user) or the Artwork manager of your region.

If you don't know who is an Artwork Manager, then please reach out to Paul Leung.


  • For Password Reset:

All Colgate Employees should be able to Login using OKTA and hence Password reset is not required.

To unlock BEAT accounts and reset password of external users, please connect with human agent.
