SUMMARY
Application running on MCP system has changed the login method from ourColgate single sign on to Okta authentication.

Below are the Applications which are impacted
1. EMOC i.e. Management of Change
2. ESM Risk Assessment
Concern team have already added MCP app to Okta profile for all existing active users as one time activity during go-live.
New users can add the MCP app on their own as explained in the attached user guide and use the below new link to open the application.

If you receive any complaint about logging to Management of Change OR ESM Risk assessment then follow below steps.
- Please make sure that MCP App is added to users OKTA profile.
- SAP id is correctly maintained at Okta profile.
- If still the issue remains there then please raise CHAMRS\IR with system as MCP and component as MOC.
