SUMMARY

You can now listen to voicemails directly from your email.

The name of the sender is displayed in the title of the message like a normal email and the attachment clearly shows that it is a 'Voice Message'. 

You can reply to the message by email.

DETAILS

To save a voicemail message, follow as below:

1. Click Here to sign into the voicemail web inbox links. 

2. If you’re prompted to sign in, enter your Windows Username and Password.

3. Click Sign In.

4.  Click on the message to select it.

5. Right click on the message.wav file

6. Select Save link as...and save on your laptop.

7. You have the option of forwarding messages however, recording a message before forwarding is not supported. 

IMPORTANT NOTES: 

Saved voicemails will be deleted after 30 days. 

Voicemails will be available in Jabber and on your desk phone.

Voicemails will remain as “new” unless listened to on Jabber or your desk phone.

Please do not reply to emails received from Colgate Voicemail System.
