Can I reset password for other agents in my account

If you are an administrator or have permission to manage agents, you can reset the password for agents in your account.

Note: A site administrator owns all permissions of your account.

 

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your Comm100 Control Panel.

  2. Navigate to Global Settings > People > Agents from the left menu bar.

  3. Click the Reset Password icon under the Operations menu bar of any agent.
  4. Reset the password for this agent.

  5. Click Save to save the new password.
