Comm100 allows you to create a Chatbot using our in-house Bot Engine. You can either use our NLP or Keyword engine. You can also use your Third-party Bot while creating a Chatbot.
To create a Comm100 Chatbot, follow these steps:
- Create the Chatbot:
- Log in to the Comm100 Control Panel.
- From the left navigation menu, go to Bot > Chatbot.
- Click the drop-down list and go to the Manage Chatbots section.
- Click Manage.
The Chatbots drawer appears. - Click the New Chatbot button.
The New Chatbot drawer appears. - Type a name.
- From the Language drop-down. Select a language of your choice.
- Click Save.
- Configure Chatbot settings:
- In the Chatbots list area, click the Pencil icon against the newly-created Chatbot.
- The Edit Chatbot drawer appears.
- Update Chatbot Name.
- Select Supporting Channels.
- Upload a new avatar.
- Adjust Chatbot Sensitivity.
- Click Save.
- In the Chatbots list area, click the Pencil icon against the newly-created Chatbot.
- Enable the Chatbot for different channels. Link the Chatbot to any Live Chat Campaign or configure it for social messaging channels from the Ticketing & Messaging tab.

Click the Import Bot or Export Bot options under the Operations column header to import or export a Chatbot.
Click the three dots under Operations to delete a Chatbot.
Note: You can create up to three Comm100 Chatbots. Contact sales@comm100.com if you wish to create more than three Chatbots.
