How to edit the information of an existing agent

If you are a Site Administrator or have permission to manage agents, you can edit your existing agents’ information.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log in to the Comm100 account.
  2. From the left navigation menu, go to Global Settings > People > Agents.
  3. Find the agent and click their name.
  4. Edit the agent’s information.
    Note: On the Edit Agent page, you can change the email, display name, department, role, title, bio, and more of the agent.
  5. Click Save.
