If you are a Site Administrator or have permission to manage agents, you can edit your existing agents’ information.
Step by Step Instructions
- Log in to the Comm100 account.
- From the left navigation menu, go to Global Settings > People > Agents.
- Find the agent and click their name.
- Edit the agent’s information.
Note: On the Edit Agent page, you can change the email, display name, department, role, title, bio, and more of the agent. - Click Save.
