Where to see my on-site visitors

Comm100 Live Chat is a real-time monitoring and chatting tool. With Comm100 Live Chat, you can have a 360 degree of your on-site visitors by viewing their detailed information and tracking their activities.

 

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log in to the Comm100 Control Panel.
  2. Go to the Live Chat tab in the left navigation bar.
  3. Click Get Online & Chat to log in to the Agent Console where you can monitor & chat with online visitors.
  4. Go to the Visitors tab and you’ll see a list of visitors on your website.
  5. Select on the visitor and click Details to view the detailed information of the visitor from the right Info panel.

Comm100 also provides Desktop App and Mobile Apps of Agent Console.

 

Desktop App

After you install the desktop app, an icon with the Comm100 logo shows up on your screen. You can click on the icon to log in to the Agent Console directly without having to log into your Comm100 site account first.

Mobile Apps
