| The Medical Record Number can be only added or changed if the Auto-Gen MRN setting is "Not" enabled or disabled. The Patient's MRN can be added or changed from the Edit Admission page and the Edit Episode page. To change the MRN for the episode, from the patient's Episode Manager page: 1. Click Edit from the blue toolbar 2. Select Episode 3. Click into the MRN field 4. Enter the new MRN 5. Click the Update Details button Also, need to add or change the MRN for the patient's Admission, from the patient's Episode Manager page: 1. Click View 2. Select Episode List 3. Click the admission you wish to edit 4. Edit the Medical Record Number 5. Click the Save and Submit button |
